The Time for Victoria Lifeline is Before You Need Help.

This year, one in three people aged 65 and older will fall in Canada. During a medical emergency, time is of the essence. Our medical alarm systems are designed to get you help whenever an emergency occurs. Please call and speak with one of our caring, knowledgeable Client Service Representatives if you have any questions.

*If able, you should always press the button that you wear. Fall detection does not detect 100% of falls. Undetectable falls can include a gradual slide from a seated position, such as from a wheelchair, which may not register as a fall. Certain limitations are subject to third-party cellular provider availability and coverage. The signal range may vary. Lifeline wireless communicators connect to the Lifeline Response Centre using the third-party cellular provider. No additional wireless equipment is needed. A customer phone number is required to enroll in the service. For use in Canada only. Please call our Response Centre in advance of your vacation for instructions when travelling with On the Go. Lifeline may not always be able to determine your location. The Go Mini can be worn with a pacemaker. The standard On the Go button cannot be worn with a pacemaker. Consult with your healthcare provider.
