2. Hear a Reassuring Voice
A Lifeline response associate will quickly access your personal profile and assess the situation and quickly pinpoint your location through your mobile pendant.²

3. Receive the Right Care
A Response Associate will contact a friend/family member or Emergency Services as needed and follow up to confirm help has arrived.

On the Go (Standard Size Button)
Wear the On the Go Button around your neck both inside and outside the home for access to help when you need it! The On the Go Button is designed to automatically place a call for help if a fall is detected and you are unable to push your Help Button.¹

On the Go Mini
The smallest medical alarm device on the market! On the Go mini is our premium, sleek, and most compact and lightweight mobile medical alarm button. It offers the same 24/7 monitoring and location tracking as our normal On the Go button but at a fraction of the size.

The compact personal alert button features a built-in two-way speaker and microphone, so there’s no need for a separate communicator box. The device also comes with a convenient wireless charging station, making recharging simple and hassle-free. With reliable 4G LTE connectivity, you don’t need a separate phone or cellular contract to stay protected.

Can I travel across Canada with my On the Go Mobile button?
Yes. If you are away more than one night, we recommend bringing your On the Go button with the charger. If you know in advance you will be travelling, let us know so we can set up a temporary profile and review what you need to do. Please notify us when you have reached your destination and always send a test call through.
Can I bring my On the Go button with me to travel outside of Canda?
No. We cannot monitor On the Go subscribers outside Canada. Please refer to your Service Agreement for more information.
Can I take my On the Go button on a plane?
You will need to put your On the Go Mobile button in Sleep mode. This is outlined in your Instructions for Use.
How long will the charge last on my On the Go mobile medical alert button?
The length of battery charge depends on the mobile service you are using. Please refer to the quick set up guide for more information. In general, we recommend that you charge your On the Go Mobile button daily.
Is there a wrist version of the On the Go?
Yes! While the On the Go is a pendant-style mobile alert device, we do offer a smartwatch option for those who prefer a wrist-worn device. Our On the Go Smartwatch provides the same reliable emergency response with built-in two-way communication and GPS tracking, all in a sleek and comfortable design.

Undetectable falls can include a gradual slide from a seated position, such as from a wheelchair, which may not register as a fall. ²Certain limitations are subject to third-party cellular provider availability and coverage.
